Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated through our shipping calculator and are contingent on the delivery address. We currently ship to United States of America as well as to the United Kingdom. Given the value and nature of our products, we recommend all shipments are insured.

Return:

ZARIG offers free returns or store credit within 21 days from when your order is received. A return label will be included in your package upon delivery. To make a return, simply drop your labeled package at your nearest UPS or FedEx location (please refer to your return label for specific instructions.) You may also drop your package off in person at our NYC Showroom within the allocated time period of 21 days.

* Customized and/or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and final sale.

Conditions for Return:

Please note all of the below conditions must be met in order for ZARIG to accept your return.

Return Form

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

  • Client must email info@zarig.com with the respective shipping number and reason for return.
  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Jewelry must have the original identification tag attached.
  • Jewelry must be sent with its original packaging; including the velvet pouch, velvet pouch box, ribbon & product care & information card.
  • Jewelry must be shipped from within the country of original shipment.
  • Jewelry must be shipped back within the 21 days from when it is received.

If all of these conditions are met, ZARIG will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included.
